Job Description
Kretoss Technology is looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour (PPH), with the ability to generate leads, convert them into clients, and manage project communications effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, bid, and close deals on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, PPH, Freelancer, etc.
- Generate high-quality leads and convert them into successful projects.
- Write compelling proposals and follow-ups to engage potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare estimates, timelines, and project plans.
- Maintain regular communication with clients during pre- and post-sales.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the development team.
- Manage client expectations, feedback, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Key Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a BDE or similar role in IT services.
- Hands-on experience with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, PPH, Freelancer, etc.).
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good understanding of web, mobile app, and software development services.
- Good to have: Experience in client handling, project communication, and project management.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Experience with LinkedIn Lead Generation or cold outreach.
- Background in working with international clients
