BA + Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst + Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding new client requirements, creating clear documentation, managing the development team, and ensuring successful delivery of web and mobile app projects. Strong communication skills and a good understanding of web and mobile technologies are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
• Prepare clear and detailed project documentation (SRS, BRD, user flows, wireframes, etc.).
• Act as a bridge between the client and development team, ensuring clear understanding on both sides.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality.
• Conduct regular meetings and status updates with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in IT services.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile app development processes and technologies.
• Excellent documentation skills (SRS, wireframes, flowcharts, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Asana).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Basic technical background or education in computer science or related fields.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
