UI/UX + Web Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX + Web Designer who is proficient in designing clean, user-centric interfaces using Figma and can efficiently convert those designs into responsive HTML, CSS, Bootstrap layouts. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to bridge the gap between design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing web interfaces using Figma.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for websites and web apps.
• Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for performance and accessibility.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
• Continuously improve design workflows and suggest UI/UX enhancements based on user feedback or research.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer.
• Expertise in Figma for designing web and mobile interfaces.
• Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery is a plus.
• Good understanding of UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work on time.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with version control (e.g. Git).
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
• Knowledge of animation tools (e.g., Lottie, Adobe After Effects) is a bonus.
